All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after production, subject to carrier availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. In the event of production issues, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement or refund.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards and Shopify's supported payment methods.
Your billing information is handled entirely by Shopify Payments. We do not store or have access to your full credit card number.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Print-on-demand items that are custom-produced per your order may not be eligible for standard returns — please contact us to discuss.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
All designs displayed on this store are original works created for PrintCraft. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without authorization. Customers may not use our designs on products sold through other channels.
