PrintCraft tees are sized by breed — by weight and height — not by generic XS/S/M labels. Open the My Pet drawer from the top nav to save your animal's profile, or use the breed-driven measurement widget on /shop#pet-apparel. We'll match a Golden Retriever to a different cut than a French Bulldog, and a Maine Coon to a different cut than a Labrador. Every product detail page also lists the full garment-measurement table (chest × length in cm) so you can compare before ordering.

Every tee is made to order. Printify routes the print to its provider network (typical production 2-4 business days), then ships via the carrier chosen at Shopify checkout (US ground 3-7 business days, international 7-21). Once your Shopify order is placed you'll get a Printify fulfillment update, and tracking lands in your inbox as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Production delays only happen around Printify network peaks — we surface them on the Checkout page when a print provider is backlogged.

Because every tee is printed on demand through Printify, made-to-order items can't be restocked — so returns are only accepted for production defects, mis-prints, or shipping damage reported within 30 days of delivery. If your hoodie arrives with a cracked print or the wrong size through our error, email us with a photo and your Shopify order number and we'll reorder or refund in full. Buyer's-remorse returns on a correctly printed tee can't be restocked, but we will help you reorder the right size — see the sizing section above.

Every PrintCraft tee is screen-printed in forest green on a 220gsm heavyweight cotton in a cream base — the same hand-feel you'd find on a vintage band tee, not a thin fast-fashion shirt. Care: turn inside out, machine-wash cold with like colors, tumble dry low or hang-dry. Skip the bleach and the high-heat iron directly over the print. Following those four steps keeps the screen-printed ink crack-free for the life of the garment.
